Support Mzati Haven: Empowering Children With Special Needs

In Malawi, children with disabilities often face social stigma, leaving many mothers to care for them alone without access to the therapies they need. Mzati Haven exists to change that—providing physical, occupational, and speech therapy so children can grow, learn, and thrive in a place designed to unlock their potential.
 
This Christmas, we’ve created a wish list of essential items to help give each child the right start and equip the school with the tools needed to continue this life-changing work.

For now, Grace Pads and NORA fund the school’s operations, but beginning in 2026, a preschool program for private students will help offset expenses and move Mzati Haven toward long-term sustainability. Looking ahead, the vision includes expanding to a full primary school and opening a physical therapy clinic that can serve paying clients while continuing to uplift single mothers and their children.
