The genesis of Soul Purpose came as we contemplated our own "soul's purpose” which we believe is to love God and love others by sharing light and hope to all. We felt inspired by Thaddaeus' mother Kit who co-founded a residential treatment and boarding school for young women. Kit passed away when Thad was five-years-old, but prior to her passing she was instrumental in helping dozens of youth find their soul's purpose. We hope to carry her legacy of empowering youth to reach their divine potential.

This inspiration has guided our family to serve youth among our neighborhoods, friends, and family, as well as through church and government-sponsored programs. Over the last decade, we have dreamed of serving the youth community on a grander scale. As poor college students living in a trailer park we started small by setting aside $100 a month to give to a person or cause in need. These years taught us sacrifice, faith, and helped us gain lifelong friendships. In 2021 Thaddaeus sold his first business allowing us an opportunity to give life to the Soul Purpose Foundation.
